TOUR PRICES:

All rates shown are net (non-commissionable) and are per person basis. The prices also include current VAT which will be shown on the invoice. Should VAT. or taxes change, we reserve the rights to revise our rate accordingly. For tours and transfers on a join-in basis, a minimum of 2 passengers traveling together is required.
 

Kindly note that our tour prices are calculated based on the current oil price of May’2007. Should the petrol hike over 10% or more, our tour prices will possibly be revised accordingly.  However, we shall try with utmost efforts not to alter the prices, if not necessary.

 

CURRENCY:

All rates shown are quoted in Thai Baht at current exchange rate, and are subject to change at any time should circumstances and currency exchange rate fluctuate drastically.

 

VALIDITY:

Commencing from November 01, 2007 until October 31, 2008 unless indicated otherwise.

RESERVATION:

All services should be booked through our Bangkok Office. 

CHILD POLICY:

Tours:  In general, one child of 2-12 years old traveling with 2 adults is free of charge for private tours / transfers, however the gratitude varies from one supplier to another, details will be informed and quoted upon booking request.


HOTELS: Most hotels will not charge for children under 12 years old, sharing room with parents and utilizing existing beds. Meals (if required) have to be paid to the hotel directly. There is usually a maximum of 1 child per room allowed. If children under 12 years require their own extra bed, most hotels will charge the same rates as adults. Details will be informed and quoted upon booking request.


PAYMENT:

Full prepayment by bank transfer is required two weeks before commencement of any services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellation of confirmed arrangements for individual bookings, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the case incurred. General rules (unless indicated otherwise at the time of booking) are as follows:

Should the number of participants be reduced, the tourprice will be changed accordingly.


NO SHOW CHARGE:

  • Group: 100% of the price per person will be charged.
  • F.I.T: a) Accommodation - The first night will be charged. During High Season, special conditions might apply.
              b) Land arrangement - Actual expenses incurred will be charged.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE

EAST WEST SIAM and its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotels, contractors and other principals, and all tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided.
They assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delays or irregularities that may be caused to person or property and all bookings are subject to the usual conditions of local ground operators.
The right is reserved to alter/or modify itineraries and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of tour members, or due to circumstances over which the operators have no control.
The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and / or passengers.
